From the classroom to the centre stage Life always gives big opportunities in the form of small hints. The big move in Pankaj Bhadouria’s life came with a small step when she decided to leave her successful teaching career spanning over 16 years and enter India's 1st televised cookery reality show - MasterChef India on the leading GEC - Star Plus.

And as they say, fortune favours the brave, Pankaj went on to become a worthy winner and with it India's first ever MasterChef.
The comfort of the classroom gave way to the adulations, accolades and a host of achievements. Pankaj hosted her first cookery show - "Chef Pankaj ka Zayka" on Star Plus during Sep-Oct 2011 where she showcased her passion for cooking. The success of this daily show added another flavor to her sweet success.

Pankaj’s third TV Show was the recently concluded 'Sales Ka Baazigar' on ETV UP where she judged the reality show with Ravi Kishan, Cinestar, and Sandeep Singh, Management Guru.

Currently, she can be seen helping out housewives cook lip-smacking, healthy and cost-effective delicacies with inexpensive, easy-to-find ingredients on her new show 'Kifayati Kitchen' being aired on Zee Khana Khazana –India’s 1st premium food channel.
The centre stage made way for the world stage Then came Pankaj’s way, a major recognition and appreciation in the form of a platform provided by the hallowed Cambridge University. She was invited to address the South Asian Community in Britain by Cambridge University in July 2011. She demonstrated some Indian foods for health conscious people and managed to break the general British myth that Indian food is all about spicy curries and Chicken Tikka Masala.

Pankaj took the flavors of Indian overseas in April'11, when she was invited to Varli Food festival in New York and share the center stage with some of India's leading and well known Chefs. Her immense popularity in New York saw her being invited to New York in April 2012 for the Varli Food Festival once again. Then came Pankaj's way, another prestigious assignment from none other than the British Broadcasting Corporation.

In the month of October 2012, Pankaj shot with UK's Top Chef - Rick Stein who was touring India for his BBC series - The Search for the Perfect Curry. She introduced Rick Stein to the delicate flavors of the Awadhi Cuisine. It was telecast as a part of the 6th Episode of Rick Stein's India on 22nd July 2013 on BBC 2.
The face of many a brand Pankaj's passion for cooking has made her a personality of choice for many a brand. Amway India has chosen her as their Brand Ambassador for their popular product Nutrilite as acknowledgment of her passion for healthy cooking. Pankaj has launched a DVD for Arnway sharing exciting recipes using the Nutrilite protein powder. She also judged the national level cookery competition organized by Amway; traveling across the country to pick the winners. Her recipes also feature in a special recipe book for Amway Nutrilite.

Pankaj is also endorsing Eastern Masalas, India's biggest spice manufacturer and exporter. She has done a print campaign for them.

Hindustan Unilever Limited has chosen Pankaj as the face of their "Hunar Aapka, Pahchan Hamari" campaign, an HUL initiative for Taaza Tea promoting talent inwomen across small towns of UP.Pankaj traveled across 10 small towns in UP helping women recognize their potential and judging and awarding them for their efforts.
Besides being featured in National Magazines like Femina and India Today, she is writing for many Newspapers and publications. Pankaj does a monthly column for the leading Hindi Magazine for women in India - Grihalakshmi.

She was featured on the Cover Page of 'Siliconeer' magazine, the leading magazine for South Asians in the Silicon Valley, USA. Her interviews also appeared in Women Now – Star Plus USA and Diya TV, the first South Indian Channel in the US.

Pankaj has had the honor of serving the King of Bhutan and the Chief of Armed Forces during their visit to Lucknow in 2011 where her signature dishes were highly appreciated.
The App-etising world of Pankaj Bhadouria Having established herself as a Chef both at National and International level, Pankaj launched her very own Mobile App (application) which is available on BlackBerry, iPhones and Google Play, worldwide. In April 2012, she personally launched her App on Verizon, the largest service provider in USA, at the Verizon Headquarters in New Jersey, USA.

In August 2012, she launched The Pankaj Bhadouria Culinary Academy- her dream project, where she shares her love for culinary arts with cooking enthusiasts in what she does next best: teaching!

Tramp Tree Cafe
Her signature Coffee Shop -Tramp Tree Cafe, which currently has two outlets in Lucknow - one at Hazratganj and the other at the Fun Republic Mall, Gomti Nagar, is now attracting the young and the not-so-young alike with its cosy interiors, comforting food and of course - the coffee! She has just given out the first Franchisee for her Cafe in Lucknow. Soon the Cafe will be found in many more locations in and around the city!

Tamaara
Coming up soon is Tamaara- Pankaj Bhadouria’s signature fine dine restaurant. The restaurant promises to introduce food lovers to the delights from the royal kitchens of Awadh.

Pankaj Bhadouria Master Classes
Pankaj does a lot of workshops and cookery demonstrations. She has been invited to conduct workshops for Samsung, Panasonic, German Technologies, Rotary clubs, Gold Gyms, Rourkela Club, JayCees Hyderabad and many more On 24 November 2012, Pankaj created New Delhi's largest Sandwich with more than 40 children in 'Be a Hero' event organized by the largest DHA (an integral part of all health drinks for children) manufacturer in the USA.
Pankaj Bhadouria the Speaker Pankaj has a number of times been invited as a speaker to many prestigious events like TEDx seminar IIT-BHU, Varanasi, TEDx Indus Business Academy , Bangalore, at IBA, Delhi. In June 2012, Pankaj was invited to attend the International Youth Forum for Policy, Change and Development at Sharda University, New Delhi where she addressed students on 'Alternate Careers'. She was also one of the eminent speakers who addressed the 3rd Women Entrepreneurship Conference that was held in New Delhi in February 2013. She is also invited as a motivational speaker to many schools and colleges and even companies like HSBC Bank. Her training as a teacher stands her in good stead as she easily connects with her audience and enthralls and enraptures them.
Pankaj Bhadouria - The Author The First Book
November 2011 saw the release of Pankaj's First Cookbook. The "MasterChef Cook Book was dedicated to the housewives in small towns who wanted to experiment with varied Indian and international recipes but were limited by the unavailability of exotic ingredients locally. Taking this up as a challenge, Pankaj helped them discover what they could do with their culinary skills and surprise their friends and relatives. It became a bestseller having sold around 10,000 copies so far and is certainly a proof of her popularity across India.

The Second Book
The second cookbook for the little girls is a collection of 16 recipes with pictures, that little girls can do themselves. It comes as a part of a 'Barbie I Can be Chef’ kit that has in it, an apron, puzzles and bookmark.

The Third Book
The third book titled 'Chicken from my Kitchen' has 'Chicken' as its hero and offers 54 interesting ways of cooking it in the Indian way and some from her own kitchen. The Book was launched Pan India in March 2014
