Cookbooks by Pankaj Bhadouria :

The First Book

November 2011 saw the release of Pankaj’s First Cookbook The "MasterChef Cook Book". The book was dedicated to the housewives in small towns who wanted to experiment with varied Indian and international recipes but were limited by the unavailability of exotic ingredients in their towns. Taking this up as a challenge, Pankaj helped them discover what they could do with their culinary skills on their own and surprise their friends and relatives. Therefore the book has in it a total of 75 recipes with the likes of - Khau Seuy (Burmese), Ravioli in Pumpkin sauce (Italian), Baklava (Turkish), Burnt chili Garlic Pot Rice (Oriental), Crown roast of Lamb in Barbeque sauce with mashed potatoes (French) and Indian recipes like Masaledaar Raan,Paneer Makhani and more. The book was priced at Rs.350 off the shelf and came in hard cover. It became a bestseller having sold around 10,000 copies so far and is certainly a proof of her popularity across India.
