Recipe Ingredients: 3 cup cashew nuts 2 cup sugar 2 cup water A few silver foils
Recipe Method: Grind the cashew nuts to a fine powder. Set aside. Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a pan. Cook till a syrup of two string consistency is achieved. Remove from fire and add the cashew nut powder. Mix well till very smooth. Pour the mix in a greased thali or tray and allow to set. Cover the top layer with silver foil and cut into diamond shapes.
