Recipe Ingredients: Babycorns 20 Egg 1 Chili powder 1tsp Ginger paste 1tsp Garlic paste 1tsp Lemon juice 1tsp Ajwain 1tsp Gram flour 2tbsp Salt to taste Refined oil for frying Recipe Method :
Combine the ginger, garlic pastes, lemon juice and salt in a bowl and marinate the corn in it for 10 minutes. Mix in the gram flour, egg, chili powder to coat the baby corns. Heat the oil in a deep skillet or wok. Add a few baby corns and fry until crisp. Continue to fry the rest of the baby corn in similar batches. Serve immediately. They go well with mint sauce or raita.
