BUTTERSCOTCH CORNESTS

Simple yet impressive cones.

Preparation time:  30 mins+ chilling and freezing
Serves: 8
 
Recipe Ingredients :


Double cream 400ml
Icing sugar 2 tbsp
Coffee liqueur 2 tbsp
Caramel syrup 4 tbsp
Waffle ice cream cones 6
Fun and easy cones
 
Recipe Method:


Whip the cream, sugar and liqueur to soft peaks, stir in the caramel. Spoon into a piping bag with a fluted nozzle, then pipe into the cones, twirling the tops but don’t pipe too high, or the cream will collapse. Stand them upright and freeze. Serve with chocolate sprinkle.
