Cheese Fondue

The hot creamy cheese dip that goes well on a table when you have company.

Preparation time:10 mins
Cooking time: 10mins
Serves:4
 
Recipe Ingredients:

½ cup Fresh Cream
½ cup Milk
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
½ teaspoon Crushed Garlic Paste
1/3 cup Grated Mozarella


Recipe Method:

Heat milk & cheese in a saucepan and keep stirring till cheese melts. Rub the inside of the fondue pot with crushed garlic. Transfer mixture to a fondue bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients & mix well. Serve with cucumbers fingers, carrots fingers or mini bread bites.
