Recipe Ingredients: Chickpeas 200g Chicken Sausages 200g Green pepper 2 Red pepper 2 Cumin seeds 1tsp White vinegar 5tbsp Coriander leaves 1 bunch Salt to taste Oil 1tbsp Recipe Method: Soak the chickpeas overnight. Slice the red and green peppers. Deseed and soak the slices in the vinegar overnite. Boil the chickpeas with ½ tsp salt till done yet firm. Drain and set aside. Lightly roast the cumin seeds till it gives off an aroma but does not change color. Cool and grind coarsely. Wash, clean and finely chop the coriander leaves. Finely slice the sausages. Heat the oil in the pan and add the sausages. Toss for a minute. Add the drained chickpeas, cumin seeds, toss and remove. Add the pickled peppers, coriander leaves, salt and black pepper powder.

The success of this daily show added another flavor to her sweet success.
