Citrus Squash

The perfect summer cooler

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Serves: 8

Recipe Ingredients:
1.2 l water
40g brown sugar
Juice of 10 oranges
Juice of 10 limes
Juice of 10 limes
1 bunch mint
Ice cubes to serve

Recipe Method:
Bring the sugar and water to boil. Allow to cool. Mix in the fruit juices. To serve, pour over ice and mint leaves in a tall glass. Garnish with a slice of orange and mint leaf.
