125ml Cocktail sauce
Seasoning to taste
½ Bunch Salad Leaf
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. Tomato puree/juice Recipe Method:
Wash and devein the praws. Heat butter in a pan and toss theprawns till pink in color. Take care not to over cook the prawns or they will turn hard.
Wash drain and firmly shred the lettuce leaves. Place the lettuce leaves in cocktail glasses. Put over prepared prawns. Mix tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce into prepared Mayonnaise. Pour the cocktail sauce over prawns. Take a round piece of lemon, fix on the edge of the cocktail glasses. Chill and serve.
