Recipe Ingredients: Plain chocolate 500g Unsalted butter 40g Condensed milk 400g Vanilla essence ½ tsp Recipe Method: Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a pan with the condensed milk and the butter. Heat gently until the chocolate and the butter melt stirring occasionally. Do not allow to boil. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and beat in the vanilla essence. Beat the mixture for a few minutes till it starts to thicken. Lightly grease a square cake tin and pour the mixture in it. Chill in the refrigerator until firm. Remove from the tin and cut it out in squares to serve.

Pankaj hosted her first cookery show - "Chef Pankaj ka Zayka" on Star Plus during Sep-Oct 2011 where she showcased her passion for cooking. The success of this daily show added another flavor to her sweet success.
