Soft boiled eggs on a fried noodle bed with a hot sesame dip
Preparation time:20minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes Serves:4 Recipe Ingredients:For the crispy noodles 200 gm: Noodles (boiled) 5 nos. Eggs (soft-boiled) 2 tsp: Five Spice powder 5 tsp: Oyster sauce To taste: Salt 1tsp: Ramdev Black Pepper powder For the dip 4 tbsp: Sesame Oil 80 ml: Vegetable stock 2 tsp: Red Capsicum (finely chopped) 2 tsp: Lemon grass (minced) 1 tsp: Schezwan sauce To taste: Salt 1tbsp: Fortune Refined Oil Recipe Method: 1. Heat oil in a wok. Twirl some noodles around a fork. Put the fork in the oil pressing the loose noodles with another fork to prevent them from spreading out. 2. When the noodles start turning crisp, remove the fork carefully and turn the noodles to fry the other side as well. 3. Sprinkle some five spice powder over the noodle beds and season. 4. Cut the eggs into halves and drizzle some oyster sauce over it and season it. 5. Mix all the ingredients for the dip and season to taste. 6. On a bed of crisp noodles put one half eggs. The dip may be drizzled over it or may be served on the side.
