sweet&sour lassi

Ingredients :-
ripe mango pulp -200 gm
sore mango pulp -100 gm
curd - 300 gm (beaten)
milk - 150 ml (processed & 3% fat)
sugar - 150 gm
salt - 1/4 teaspoon
milk kova -100 gm
ice cream - 100 gm
cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
almonds - 2 (chopped)
rooh-afza for garnish
Method :-
1) first mix ripe mango pulp , sore mango pulp , curd , milk , milk kova , ice cream & cardamom powder in a food processor for smoothing
2) then this mixture is cooled
3) then this cooled mixture is put in the Port and sherry glass and garnish with chopped almond and rooh -afza
