Golden caster sugar 200g
Kiwi fruit 8 really ripe ones
Lime juice 50ml
Dissolve the sugar in 100ml water in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Leave to cool completely. Scoop the flesh from the kiwi fruit, and blend in batches with the lime juice and sugar syrup in a processor until slushy. Churn in an ice cream machine. Freeze over night.
