Mint Raita

The perfect accompaniment to a summer meal.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4
Recipe Ingredients:
250g yoghurt
2tbsp mint leaves
½ tsp salt
½ tsp rock salt
Mint leaves to garnish
Recipe Method:
Whisk yoghurt with salt and rock salt. Blend the mint leaves with 1tbsp yoghurt in a blender and add to the yoghurt. Mix well. Serve cooled garnished with mint leaves.
