A healthy dessert that rates high on taste as well!
Preparation time: 5 minutes Serves: 5
Recipe Ingredients: 400g mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries) 200g low fat yoghurt ¼ cup mint leaves 4 tbsp honey
Recipe Method: Carefully wash and drain the berries. Add the honey to sweeten. Slice the mint leaves as finely as possible. In a glass, layer the berries, yoghurt and then the mint leaves. Top with a sprig of mint leaf to serve.

The success of this daily show added another flavor to her sweet success.
