Preparation time: 30 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes Recipe Ingredients:
1 small Onions finely chopped
1 black cardamom
1” piece Ginger
A pinch Mustard Seeds
½ tsp pinch Cumin
8 Flakes Garlic
Salt to Taste
30gm Fat Method:
Wash and mince meat. Grind together all the spices. Add meat, salt; grind well. Bind with beaten egg.
Divide mixture into even sized balls.
Grease skewers. Roll balls on to skewers. Pour melted fat over the kebabs.
Cook over heated grill basting frequently till golden brown.
Serve hot with green chutney and onion

The success of this daily show added another flavor to her sweet success.
