Preparation time: 15 minutes Serves: 4 Recipe Ingredients: Brown bread 4 slices White bread 4 slices Boiled egg 1 Tomato ketchup 2tbsp Cheese spread 2tbsp Black olives 4-6 Recipe Method: Cut the bread in circles using a cutter or a steel bowl. Put one white and one brown slice over each other and cut out in a crescent shape with the same cutter. Chop the boiled egg and olives. Mix the cheese spread and ketchup to make a smooth paste. Add in the chopped egg and olives reserving four slices of olives for the eyes. To assemble, spread the mix on a whole circle. Top it with a crescent brown bread and complete with the opposite piece from the white bread. Use mustard sauce or ketchup to mark out the smile and finish with olive slices placed for eyes.

Pankaj hosted her first cookery show - "Chef Pankaj ka Zayka" on Star Plus during Sep-Oct 2011 where she showcased her passion for cooking. The success of this daily show added another flavor to her sweet success.
