Tandoori Gobhi

Grilled cauliflower marinated in yoghurt and spices.

Preparation time: 20 minutes+ marinating time
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4
3 cups Cauliflower florets
The marinade:

1/2 cup hung Curd
1tsp Besan (Gram Flour)
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp roasted Cumin powder
2tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Kasoori Methi (dried Fenugreek leaves)
2 tsp Chat masala
2 tsp chopped Coriander
2tbsp refined vegetable oil
Salt to taste
For Serving:
onion rings
mint leaves
Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and refresh in cold water. Set aside on a strainer for 10 minutes to drain away all the water.
Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade and blend to a smooth paste.
Marinate the cauliflower florets in the prepared marinade for about 1 hour.
Thread them on to skewers. Grill the marinated cauliflower florets over a charcoal or electric barbeque or grill in a preheated  oven at 250 degree Celsius till the cauliflower is tender.
Serve hot on a bed of onion rings and mint leaves.
