Water Mellon Najakat

Description : Water Mellon Shell Halwa

Ingridients : 1cup Water Melon Chilka( Yellow Part only)
1 Cup Milk
4 TBSp Ghee
3/4 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup Mawa
2 Anjeer boiled and Finely Chopped
2 TBSP Tarbooj Magaj
Method :

1) Take Water melon chilka
2) Remove the outer Green part
3) Use only Yellow Part
4)Grind it to make a fine paste
5) Remove excess water by draining threw a drainer
6) Heat 3 TBSP ghee a pan
7) Add Water mellon paste
8) Cook till the raw smell goes off
9) once its getting turned golden yellow
10) Add milk now and keep on stirring constantly
11One the mixture getting thick
12) Add Mawa
13) Stire continusely
14) Once Mawa and mixture has been mixed well
15) Add drained and chopped Anjeer
16) Mix well
17) Add Sugar
18) After adding sugar stir continusely
19)The color will change to nice golden brown
20)Oce the halwa gets thick and all the sugar water evapurates Add the remaining 1 TBSP ghee
21) Roast it nicely for 5 minutes
22) Now the Halwa is ready
23) Garnish the Halwa with Tarbooj magaj
