Quick pin wheel cheese sandwiches

Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 4 minutes Serves: 2 Recipe Ingredients: Bread 3 slices Ketchup 1tbsp Mint chutney 1tbsp Grated cheese 1tbsp Recipe Method: Cut the sides of the bread. Carefully place one edge over the edge of another slice to join the three slices together. Press firmly the joined edges using a rolling pin. Spread grated cheese on one slice, ketchup on the next and mint chutney on the lst slice. Very carefully roll up the lice from one end to the other tightly. Refrigerate for 10-12 minutes. Remove and bake in an oven for 3-4 minutes at 180degees centigrade or microwave for 1minute. Cut the sandwich roll into slices to get perfect pinwheel sandwiches.
